This platform operates in multiple countries, managing consumption data. I focused on renewing it to enhance agility, flexibility, and simplicity, ensuring security for users.

The company values good user flow, given the wide range of functions for managing consumption. However, it's vital to maintain the familiar essence, as customers have relied on it for years. My research process involved gathering information from past years to assess client needs and platform operations.

The company currently values the ability for users to navigate smoothly, given the many functions available for managing consumption.

I conducted a research process to gather information from past years as well as current data to understand the client’s needs and how the platform operates.

Problem definition

To enhance satisfaction and build trust, I recommended:

Inconsistent breadcrumbs and menu structure.
Users needing guidance due to platform complexity.

Is concerned about not having a platform to manage the status, capacity, and consumption of company-issued equipment. A tool that helps him manage these aspects will provide better control in his area.

User flow

Sketching

The process evolves gradually, with each page designed in a standard or personalized manner. By gathering input from team members and customers, high-definition proposals are generated, ensuring a collaborative and effective design.

Wireframes

After establishing the appropriate flow, the design undergoes further changes based on functional conclusions, continuing to evolve. The interface is refined to improve navigation for users, reducing the need to rely on online help, although support will always be available when needed.

Prototype

Taking into account the aforementioned parameters to generate the userflow and the MVP points, I was able to make a simple, direct and usable interface proposal for what it implies to inform in detail what the client wants to see and that at the same time the company feels satisfied with what it wants to sell with the image of its new platform.
